Taxi Offices are the most demanding Users: they work 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. B-Taxi software is the tool allowing a fast performance on all working stations.
The multi-line caller ID allows the stations receiving calls to have access to the Caller’s info, on-screen while taking his Order for reservation’s date and time. B-Taxi software automatically transfers organized orders to the dispatchers.
Dispatchers Stations have access to the available Drivers, ordered in turn by the System, in the pickup regions allowing them to transfer and finalize the orders.
As in all Bmind software, B-Taxi software makes the most of financial management. The Driver’s accounts are updated in real-time allowing the User to access related statements in a few clicks.
